顧客購買產品後若發現產品出現任何問題,可先聯絡Anker客服。如需進行保養維修,請帶同產品(需附有Anker Hong Kong行貨貼紙*)及購買單據正本,親臨Anker客戶服務中心。你亦可選擇將需保養維修的產品以速遞方式寄到Anker客戶服務中心進行檢查。檢查後若判斷產品因非人為原因而破損或無法正常運作,我們將進行維修或更換。

如果顧客希望親臨Anker客戶服務中心進行保養維修:

  • 請先聯絡Anker客服以預約服務
  • 攜同產品(需附有Anker Hong Kong行貨貼紙)及單據正本
  • 產品保養維修過程需時20-30分鐘

如果顧客希望使用速遞方式進行保養維修:

  • 您需自行負擔寄回產品的運費我們則會幫您負擔寄還產品的運費。
  • 請確定內箱付有單據正本,並在另外寫一張紙附上您的聯絡資料(姓名、地址、電話) 及 完整故障狀況說明。
  • 請使用防撞包裝物料以免運送途中摔壞。若運送過程損壞,將視為人為損壞處理。
  • 產品保養維修需時7~12個工作天(不包括假日)

注意事項:

  • 保養維修只適用於附有Anker Hong Kong行貨貼紙的原裝行貨;二手貨、平行進口貨(水貨)及冒牌貨均屬無效。如貼有其他代理商的貨品,請聯絡有關代理商進行保養維修。
  • 進行保養維修服務時,需要出示購買單據正本,否則無法提供保養維修服務。
  • 購買單據需清晰顯示購買日期、購買產品名稱及商店名稱。
  • 保養維修服務只適用於香港特別行政區範圍內。

保養維修不保事項:

  • 消耗性部件,如因應使用次數及時間而耗損的電池,除非因做工及物料而導致產品無法正常運作。
  • 外觀破損,包括但不限於刮痕、凹痕,除非因做工及物料而導致產品無法正常運作。
  • 使用與產品規格不相符的第三方組件或產品而導致產品破損或無法正常運作。
  • 因意外、濫用、誤用、火災、液體接觸、腐蝕、地震、戰爭、暴亂、天災而導致產品破損或無法正常運作。
  • 使用超出說明書列出的參數及操作細則而導致產品破損或無法正常運作。
  • 因連接不穩定電壓而導致產品破損或無法正常運作。

本公司保留一切爭議之最終決定權。

If customers have any problem about the use of product, you can contact our customer service first. If warranty is needed, please bring the product together with warranty sticker (shown as Anker Hong Kong*) as well as purchase invoice to Anker Customer Service Centre. You could also send the product to our service centre for wararnty check by courier.

If you have checked that the product is defective or cannot work properly by reason of non-artificial damaged, we will have a repairment or replacement of the product. 

For customer who decided to go to warranty centre for warranty: 

  • Please contact our Customer Service for warranty reservation.
  • Please bring the product together with warranty sticker (shown as Anker Hong Kong*) as well as purchase invoice.
  • Around 20-30 minutes is needed for warranty.

For customer who decided to send the product for warranty by courier:

  • You are responsible for the shipping fee when you send the product to our warranty centre, while we are responsible for the shipping fee of the returning. 
  • Please write down the issue detail and contact information (including name, address and contact number for returning) on paper, and make sure the paper and pruchase invoice are included in the box. 
  • Please using packing material (e.g. bubble wrap) for shipping. If the product is defective or broken during the shipment, it will act as human-demaged. 
  • Around 7-12 working days for the whole process.

Notes:

  • Warranty is only available for the authorised dealer product with "Anker Hong Kong" warranty sticker; second-hand product, parralled-imported product or coumterfeit are not available. For the product with warranty sticker besides "Anker Hong Kong" warranty sticker, please contact the related company. 
  • You must provide original purchase invoice for warranty.
  • Date of purchse, name of product and name of shop should be clearly stated on the purchase invoice.
  • Warranty service is only availble in Hong Kong.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Non quality-related issues, including without limitation of scratches
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
● Purchases from illegitimate resource


We reserves the final right to suspend, modify or terminate and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, we reserves the rights for final decision.
